Of, necessity, we must engage the services of third party providers to fulfill our obligations to you. We must have no control over third party providers and do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract or tort, for the acts, omissions or default of third party providers.

If liability cannot be legally excluded, then our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products. We cannot accept liability for any injury, damage, loss or delay nor any additional expense or inconvenience which is cause by anything which is beyond our direct control and which we could not prevent by reasonable diligence on our part.

If we sell services or products on behalf of third parties, we have no responsibility for the services and any booking or contract is made subject to the terms, conditions and limitations imposed by the third party providers. In these situations, any claim or potential claim must be made against the third party provider, and not us.
